    How essential is the brandy and do you have any thoughts on what i could use to substitute blue agave syrup? (I cant seem to find it where i am)

      the Brandy is pretty essential as I don't know anything that could replace it. As for the Blue Agave Syrup- Sugar Syrup should be a good substitute.
